Students are those aged over 16, with a valid College/University Student ID card, NUS card, StudentBeans or UNiDAYS. You will be required to provide this upon request.
Seniors are those aged 60 and over, you may be asked to prove your age.
Family tickets are valid for families of 2 adults and 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children.
Group tickets are valid for up to 5 people, and the group must travel together both ways.
Travellers with restricted mobility are advised to call 48 hours ahead to ensure their needs can be met. It’s also important to note that while we can support with disability access onto the boat; we don’t have any disability-friendly toilets.

To board the ferry:
Yarmouth: Access is to the upper deck with 9 steps to the lower deck. You will navigate a slatted bridge, 7 steps and a gangway which may have an incline on low tide.
Lymington: Access is to the lower deck with 9 steps to the upper deck. You will need to navigate a pontoon and a small ramp.
